SYPLABUILD

Syenmaint Platform for Buildings

The objective of the project is the development and field testing of an integrated monitoring, diagnostics and predictive maintenance platform for Asset Management of buildings and infrastructure and for the preservation of the built heritage. SYPLABUILD represents the information infrastructure necessary for the management of smart buildings, in which information related to facility performance, structural and surface behaviors, and environmental monitoring converge in a single processing and management platform, contributing to the generation of a digital twin of the entire building.

Through the combined use of smart sensor networks, fixed, mobile and drone video inspection techniques, and decision support tools based on machine learning methods (Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics), the platform will provide all the necessary functionality for Smart Building Asset Management. The modular nature of SYPLABUILD guarantees its interoperability with third-party systems, ensuring maximum integration even in pre-existing buildings, with particular reference to historic buildings, whose transformation to 4.0 is a priority challenge for the country.

  • Provision of services, Pilot Line and infrastructure
