The conference presents tools and evidence of an integrated approach aimed at digital transition and strategic models for SMEs.

The issue of digital transition is still a critical point for the competitiveness of Italian companies, which expresses its maximum potential when it is embedded in a context of global business strategy. It would be desirable for the digital transition, which is fundamental for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, to be integrated into a development model that also aims to overcome the additional chronic weaknesses of SMEs.

Significant was the direct testimony of an SME that, making use of the synergy between BI-REX and AICIM – Italian Association for Business and Management Culture, undertook an ambitious Pilot Project in which digital transition is integrated with a strategic and sustainable transition, demonstrating the concreteness, value and replicability of the method at many companies.

Equally relevant is the possibility of launching the 7-step “AICIM” strategic development path for SMEs through the creation of “Ambassador” figures enabled to administer the “BDS-Business Development System” checkup.

The event will take place on Thursday 29 February  from 17:00 at BI-REX headquarters in Via Paolo Nanni Costa 20 (Bologna) with the following program:

  • How BI-REX provides technology services and conveys state aid to companies
  • The “BDS” system of AICIM and the strategic path in 7 steps;
  • How we are transforming the company starting from the “BDS”;
  • Partnership between BI-REX and AICIM for the use of the BDS instrument and the training of new Ambassadors;
  • Questions time and Pilot Line Tour;
  • Networking aperitif.
