PRESENTATION AND AIMS
The labor market is undergoing a profound transformation that demands new technical, digital, and managerial skills and affects multiple generations: from young people and students entering the workforce for the first time to professionals and businesses that face a growing gap every day between what the market demands and what the system is able to offer.
The event, promoted by the Casa del Made in Italy in Bologna, in collaboration with the BI-REX Competence Center, the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Municipality and Metropolitan City of Bologna, Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna, and the Bologna Chamber of Commerce, aims to highlight the crucial role of the training and innovation ecosystem in integrating training, services, and “know-how” to support the growth of skills and competitiveness among young professionals and businesses, including through the use of new technologies.
Participants will also have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the competence center’s Pilot Line, following a route that will illustrate the application potential of 4.0 and 5.0 technologies in the smart factory.
