It would be desirable for the digital transition, which is fundamental for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, to be integrated into a <strong>development model<\/strong> that also aims to overcome the additional chronic weaknesses of SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>Significant was the <strong>direct testimony of an SME<\/strong> that, making use of the synergy between BI-REX and <strong>AICIM<\/strong> &#8211; Italian Association for Business and Management Culture, undertook an ambitious Pilot Project in which digital transition is integrated with a strategic and sustainable transition, demonstrating the concreteness, value and replicability of the method at many companies.<\/p>\n<p>Equally relevant is the possibility of launching the <strong>7-step &#8220;AICIM&#8221; strategic development path<\/strong> for SMEs through the creation of &#8220;Ambassador&#8221; figures enabled to administer the &#8220;BDS-Business Development System&#8221; checkup.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><span style=\"color: #953737;\"><strong>AGENDA\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The event will take place on <strong>Thursday 29 February\u00a0<\/strong> <strong>from 17:00<\/strong> at BI-REX headquarters in<strong> Via Paolo Nanni Costa 20 (Bologna)<\/strong> with the following program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How BI-REX provides technology services and conveys state aid to companies<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;BDS&#8221;
